Revivre Terms of Service

1. Overview

This website and store are operated by Revivre in Australia. By consigning with us, purchasing from us, or visiting our site, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users, including consignors, buyers, and visitors, regardless of where you are located.

2. Consignment Earnings

Consignors receive a percentage of the final sale price according to the following tiers:

  • 50% – for items up to $999

  • 60% – for items $1,000–$2,999

  • 65% – for items $3,000–$4,999

  • 70% – for items $5,000–$9,999

  • 80% – for items $10,000+

The amount shown on your receipt is your current expected payout. Revivre may sell items above or below the initial list price to secure a sale. Adjustments, including negotiations or discounts, are reflected proportionally in your payout.

3. Pricing & Reductions

  • Final pricing is determined at Revivre’s discretion, based on market value, condition, and demand.

  • A negotiation margin of up to 10% may be applied at any time.
    Reductions beyond this range require consignor approval.

  • Where applicable, GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) is included in the customer-facing sale price. GST is absorbed by Revivre and does not affect consignor payout.

  • International buyers may be responsible for import duties or taxes in their own jurisdiction.

4. Consignment Period & Unsold Items

  • Items are consigned for a maximum of 90 days.

  • Once the period ends, consignors are notified by email. Unsold items may then be:

    • Collected by the consignor, or

    • Donated to a charity that Revivre supports.

  • If items are not collected within 30 days of notice, they may be donated at Revivre’s discretion.

5. Payments

  • Payouts are processed on a 21 business day cycle(excluding weekends), covering sales from the prior period.

  • Payments are made via the consignor’s preferred method (as selected in the Consignor Portal).

  • For international consignors, transfer fees or currency conversion charges may apply, and these are the responsibility of the consignor.

  • Email confirmation is provided with each payout.

6. Authentication & Condition

  • All items are authenticated before listing.

  • Items must be clean, damage-free, and in sellable condition.

  • Revivre may reject or return items that do not meet our standards.

  • Counterfeit items will be returned immediately.

7. Purchases – No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • Revivre does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

  • Items are sold in the condition described at the time of sale.

  • Responsibility for care passes to the buyer upon purchase.

  • International buyers accept responsibility for handling, shipping, and any import restrictions in their country.

8. Liability for Consigned Items

  • Revivre takes care in handling consigned items.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by age, natural wear, inherent material flaws, shipping, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Website Use & Store Terms

  • Users must not misuse our website, transmit harmful code, or violate laws while using our services.

  • You agree not to copy, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • We cannot guarantee that information on our site is always accurate or complete.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

  • Our website may include links to third-party websites or tools (such as Shopify or payment gateways).

  • We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content and make no warranties regarding it.

  • Any use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms and policies.

11. User Submissions (Reviews, Comments, Feedback)

  • If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, or suggestions, you agree that Revivre may use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute such content without restriction.

  • Revivre is under no obligation to:

    1. Keep submissions confidential

    2. Provide compensation for submissions

    3. Respond to submissions

  • You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of third parties or contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

  • Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability).

  • Revivre reserves the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

13. Termination

  • Revivre may suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

  • You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, descriptions, branding, and design) is the property of Revivre and may not be copied or reused without prior consent.

15. Accounts & Security

Where accounts are created (such as the Consignor Portal), you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revivre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or products.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Revivre and supersede any prior agreements. Failure by Revivre to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. International users agree to resolve any disputes under Australian law.
