3/4 cuffed sleeves can be worn at full-sleeve, un-cuffed. 
Dolman sleeved with 'slits' in the front of the jacket, so you can wear it on your shoulders and use your hands. The slits act as little hand-warmer pockets when jacket is worn normally. 

Pockets at 3/4 front. 
Jacket is fully lined.
